Leeds United are really out of sorts at the moment in attack, barely laying a glove on Bournemouth. Again, Anton Stach did little to inspire confidence.
What was viewed optimistically as one defeat in eight prior to Saturday can now be scrutinised as just two wins in nine Premier League games for Leeds.
A dismal performance away to Bournemouth sees Leeds drop into the bottom half with 11 points. This 2-0 loss to the Cherries had very little to cling onto as positives go.
Anton Stach breaks silence on alarming Leeds United form – “I’ll keep pushing”
James Trafford’s mistake and Leeds’ inability to muster a shot on target in the second half were the two main focuses after full-time.
However, it’s another game where plenty of Leeds’ key players failed to deliver. Anton Stach was only fit enough for an appearance off the bench. But when he was introduced, he did little to recapture his previous brilliant form.
It’s the latest in a string of concerning displays from one of Leeds’ best players. Aside from the winner at Nottingham Forest, there’s been nothing to really cling onto.
Now, the German has taken to Instagram to address his performances, vowing to get back to his best:
“Difficult periods test you in ways people will never see,” Stach wrote. “But I know what I’m working for and I’ll keep pushing until I’m back where I belong.”

Leeds United need a reshuffle to kickstart poor attacking performances
It’s not just something that should be focused on Stach. The entire attacking structure has not been good enough for a while, and when one of your best players is struggling, it’s more noticeable.
I do wonder if a change to a back four would be worthwhile for Leeds here. We look short of numbers and natural attacking options in open play, and taking out a defender in place of a midfielder or attacker would certainly help.
It’s a tough one with Stach too. He’s up there as one of our most important players, and dropping him when he’s fully fit might seem the right call for the fanbase, but he’s bound to turn a corner soon enough.
As you can see, he’s aware that he’s not at his best. Let’s hope he’s in better shape against Spurs.
Big job for Farke to stop the rot from the Club. I think he will not get any better, he have found the top. So I hope the Club will not give him the new contract until after the season.
Looks like he have no clue what to do and maybe we must find a now manager for the Club.
