Leeds United’s USMNT duo Brenden Aaronson and Tyler Adams are reportedly a target for Newcastle United.
Leeds ought to be gearing up for a number of major departures from their side after being relegated from the Premier League last month.
Not everyone in their squad will remain there for when the Championship season kicks off at the beginning of August.
Tyler Adams and Brenden Aaronson to leave?
Two players that many expect will be leaving the club in the summer window are US internationals Brenden Aaronson and Tyler Adams.
Football League World are claiming that Champions League returnees Newcastle United are interested in signing both players this summer.
Of the pair, Adams is said to be the more likely to move to St James’ Park, with Eddie Howe needing better cover in defensive midfield for Bruno Guimaraes, freeing him up for a more advanced role.

Aaronson is not though to be their number one target in attacking midfield, but if they are priced out of their top targets, the 22-year-old could be their man.
How much would they cost?
The US pair will not be leaving Leeds for cheap, having only been in West Yorkshire for 12 months since joining from their respective Red Bull outfits last summer.
Adams is said to be commanding a £40million valuation – per The Athletic (via TEAMtalk) – while Aaronson has been reported by 90min to have a release clause of £25million following relegation, the same fee Leeds paid in 2022.
Such a double swoop would see Leeds bank a potential £65million for the pair to move to the North East under the £315bn PIF ownership.
Who will be Leeds' next manager?
Daniel Farke
Patrick Vieira
Other?

Adams is someone I can see getting a move to a side in European competition this summer, given what he showed in the Premier League and World Cup.
He has the credentials to improve the Newcastle squad in an area where they need improvements to their depth.
As for Aaronson, I would be surprised if the Magpies are that bothered about signing him, based on what he showed last season.
