The decisions for the next game are huge for Rosler, it could easily determine whether he’s here for the next game or not.

Starting with the easy decision…

GK – Marco Silvestri – I still think we need a better keeper but whilst Cellino and Uwe are here he will start.

Into the defence…

RB – Sam Byram – This was a tough one because I really like Berardi but I think at home we could use the attacking presence of Byram from right-back, if he can get his old form back then he’s one of our most creative players.

CB – Sol Bamba – Despite his poor form he’s a must start, unlike our other poor centre-halves in recent years I expect Bamba to come out of the other side and be better.

CB – Liam Cooper – Didn’t have the best game against Birmingham but who did? He’s looked better than Bamba recently and that’s saying something!

LB – Charlie Taylor – Our best player at the minute, wouldn’t surprise me if he played every minute in the league this season.

Into the midfield…

It’s a really difficult decision whether we should play 4-3-3 or 4-4-2 but I think we should stick with 4-3-3, just change the way we play.

CDM – Tom Adeyemi – I gathered from the Birmingham game we probably need him to be solid in midfield, the other three are too lightweight.

CM – Lewis Cook – Our best player, we need his bursting runs from deep that take us from defence to attack, hopefully he can start adding goals to his game as he’s getting in better positions to do so.

CAM – Mirco Antenucci – It’s a bit of a risk but I think Antenucci could play just behind the striker, we need his creativity at home as nobody else seems to be doing it.

Into the attack…

RW – Jordan Botaka – I would definitely start Botaka against Brighton, he was our best player against Birmingham and he was only on for about 25 minutes. I’m sure Will Buckley will start games when he’s fully fit.

LW – Stuart Dallas – He should be full of confidence on the back of helping Northern Ireland qualify for the Euros next year, he’s pretty much a certainty to start.

ST – Chris Wood – Our only option really, with Botaka starting there will be chances for Wood and I expect him to score.

I really do think this will be a bounce back performance from Leeds, we’ve played badly at home all season and we tend to do well against the better teams.
