There were a number of new faces in the Leeds side, with Marc Roca making his second appearance, whilst Brenden Aaronson and Rasmus Kristensen featured from the start.
Darko Gyabi, Luis Sinisterra and Adams featured from the bench, getting their first minutes in a Leeds shirt.
Taking to Twitter after the game, Adams shared an image of himself with the Leeds supporters in the ground, alongside a classy message: ”Home fans away from home ❤️ #MOT.”
