Leeds United look to have missed out on a move for Liverpool’s Takumi Minamino after is was revealed he has agreed a transfer elsewhere.
Jesse Marsch has done very well to land key targets in various positions so far in the window, but some names that have been linked don’t appear to be likely signings.
Takumi Minamino was a player heavily linked at the end of the January window and with Marsch in charge now, the interest reportedly re-emerged.

After having an initial enquiry knocked back in Janaury, Leeds did look to sign the attacker this summer.
It was reported by The Athletic that Leeds were one of a handful of clubs who scheduled talks with Minamino’s agent earlier in the summer, joined by Wolves, Southampton and Monaco.
