Leeds United are looking ahead to the summer and are reportedly keeping track of Rubin Kazan winger Khvicha Kvaratskhelia, as he continues to shine for club and country.

The Whites are in a very solid position in the Premier League, sitting in the top-half and miles clear of the relegation-threatened sides.

That obviously allows Leeds to perhaps move some focus to the transfer window ahead and reports are already linking them to a number of players.

Depth behind Raphinha and Jack Harrison is important as we head into next season and the latest player linked looks like just that option.

FootballFanCast are claiming that Leeds are keeping tabs on Rubin Kazan starlet Khvicha Kvaratskhelia.

The report details that Victor Orta has held talks with the agent of Kvaratskhelia over a potential move to Elland Road.

The 20-year-old’s name hit the news recently as his goal saw Georgia take the lead against Diego Llorente’s Spain in an international fixture in March.

Bayern Munich and Juventus have also been credited with interest in him lately, showing just what a talent he is.

With Kvaratskhelia sure to have a busy summer ahead of him, plenty of Leeds fans are weighing in on the links to him…

It would be a lie if any Leeds fan outside of Russia or Georgia said they knew much about him.

However, the links to some of the best sides in Europe is a strong indication that he’s an incredibly talented player.

Also, you don’t score against Spain at 20-years-old if you’re not a player with ability.

I’m not hugely convinced we’re going to make this signing, because even if it’s a player we do have genuine ambition to sign, we could easily get out-muscled by Bayern and Juventus.

That happened with Josko Gvardiol in the summer and a move to one of the best sides in Europe is hard to turn down for him.
