Leeds United winger Raphinha is likely to leave Elland Road this summer, but the ever-changing destination remains uncertain.

The Brazil international has more than earned the speculation and interest of a move to a top club this summer after his 11 goals kept Leeds in the Premier League.

While it seemed certain that he was only going to one club from the second half of the season onwards, things have changed significantly more recently.

Here, we take a look at everything you need to know as the saga rumbles on…

Who is interested?

A host of elite clubs have been vying for his signature for some time, and the main club is Barcelona, while Arsenal and Tottenham have been credited lately, as well as London rivals Chelsea.

Should Leeds lower their Raphinha asking price?

Who is most likely?

This is where the situation becomes tricky because Raphinha’s dream move has always been to the Nou Camp, but Barcelona are under incredible financial stress.

They are unlikely to be able to stump up an offer that is satisfactory to Leeds, which has opened the door to the Premier League and mainly Arsenal.

Goal.com have today reported that the Gunners are leading the race and are “close” to an agreement with the player, as he is growing tired of waiting for Barcelona.

How much are Leeds looking to sell him for?

Further muddy waters here, with contrasting claims coming from various outlets, but we have seen from The Athletic’s Phil Hay that Leeds are looking for a fee between £60-70million.

It’s extremely unlikely that Barcelona would be able to come up with that sort of offer, but the number of Premier League clubs keen could spark a bidding war.

What is Raphinha’s stance?

It’s clear Leeds won’t stand in the way of a move if the asking price is met, and the winger would be eager to move on.

Fabrizio Romano did report that he has agreed terms over a move to Barcelona, but it’s uncertain whether the same can be said with other clubs looking at him.
