According to talkSPORT, Leeds United defender and vice-captain Liam Cooper is the target of Premier League sides West Brom and Burnley.

Cooper, who joined Leeds from Chesterfield in 2014 for £600,000, has been by far Leeds’ most consistent central defender since his arrival and has made 62 appearances for the Whites.

Now the defender, who made his Scotland debut at the end of last season, could be set for a move to England’s top-flight. I certainly don’t think Cooper would be out of place in the Premier League but I really don’t want him to leave Elland Road. I can see him forming a great partnership with Kyle Bartley next season as long as both stay injury free.

Would you like to see Leeds cash in on Cooper? Let us know.
