Leeds United right-back Cody Drameh is travelling to Luton Town currently to undergo a medical before sealing a loan move.
Leeds’ outgoing business this month has largely been to secure better opportunities for the youngsters not playing much in Jesse Marsch’s first team.
Cody Drameh hasn’t been able to muster up many minutes this season despite doing little wrong when given the chance, and seeing two inconsistent performers in front of him in the pecking order.

As much as he could have had better chances here, a loan move was always likely for Drameh in the January window.
Now, Fabrizio Romano has reported that the defender is on his way to Kenilworth Road right now as a move to Luton Town draws near, with a medical booked in for later today:
The Hatters are in need of a right-back, with James Bree reportedly on his way go join former Luton boss Nathan Jones at Southampton as he undergoes a medical.
Will Leeds sign a midfielder before the January deadline?
Yes

No

This is the best-case scenario for Leeds right here.
A loan move for Drameh instead of a permanent, which was on cards for some time, as well as going to a side competing at the right end of the Championship table.
It means he can get another good six months under his belt before coming back to Leeds and competing with Rasmus Kristensen, meaning we’re likely to see Luke Ayling’s contract expire.
Losing Drameh would have been a terrible blow and some very poor management from both Marcelo Bielsa and Marsch, given the talent he clearly possesses.
