The Whites take on Swansea City tomorrow night at Elland Road, looking to get back to winning ways after relinquishing the lead away at Rotherham United and dropping two points in the process.
A chance for Leeds to continue putting pressure on the top two comes at home, and Daniel Farke will be hopeful to have arguably his strongest squad yet for the game.
Leeds team news: Djed Spence and others fully fit
Ahead of the game, Farke spoke to the media in his pre-match press conference, where he delivered a key injury update.
When asked about any key knocks in his squad, for players such as Liam Cooper, Pascal Struijk, and Georginio Rutter around the Rotherham clash on Friday night, he revealed that all three are back up to “100%” fitness.
Farke also revealed that those others recovering from injury have “no question marks” surrounding their fitness, naming Djed Spence, Joe Gelhardt, and Jamie Shackleton as three that look to have recovered from their respective issues.
Stuart Dallas is the only player that is currently absent from the squad, with those three above having five days to get back up to speed and be available for tomorrow.
Leeds United v Swansea City predictions?
Having Spence back could actually finally see us become the perfectly-rounded team that Farke is aiming to get us towards.
He is one of the best full-backs in the league, and we’ve been shoehorning players in to cover his long-term issue, but he has to start when he’s fit and ready.
Archie Gray has been immense there to say he’s a 17-year-old central midfielder, but when Spence comes in, we should see an improvement.
