WOW. What a performance that was from Leeds United, by far the best of the season and probably for some time now. The atmosphere was absolutely incredible, too.

Kiko Casilla – 9 – Dealt with everything that came his way, which wasn’t much to be fair. Some lovely passing as well.

Into the defence…

Luke Ayling – 9 – Ayling bounced back massively from his poor form to absolutely dominate against anyone who came near him, solid defensively and good going forward. We’ve got our Ayling back.

Pontus Jansson + Liam Cooper – 9 – It seemed every ball that came their way, they won. West Brom didn’t get a sniff all game and at times you wouldn’t even have known Jansson and Cooper were playing, we were that good.

Gjanni Alioski – 9 – Alioski is an absolute machine at left-back, he fights for every ball, he makes some outstanding slide tackles and he’s in the right place at the right time to round off the 4-0 win, brilliant.

Into the midfield…

Kalvin Phillips – 9 – If not for a few sloppy passes, KP would have earned himself a 10. He absolutely dominated West Brom’s midfield and his tackling was sublime. When Kalvin plays well, Leeds play well.

Mateusz Klich – 8 – His link-up play with Bamford and Roberts was brilliant to watch, back to his best.

Tyler Roberts – 10 – Yes, I’ve gone there, Roberts was that good. He looked like Gareth Bale on steroids at times tonight, playing against his former team clearly helped but my word, what a performance!

Jamie Shackleton – 8 – He was on for about 5 minutes but this guy is going to be a serious player, his movement and pace are top quality.

Into the attack…

Pablo Hernandez – 9 – What a way to start a game, right? An absolute thunderbolt of an effort into the top corner, I was not expecting that at all and the limbs that followed were spectacular.

Jack Harrison – 7 – You know how good a performance it was when a 7 seems harsh, Harrison had a good game, but compared to some of the others who were outstanding, he wasn’t as noticeable.

Patrick Bamford – 10 – Some brilliant finishes from Bamford, but he never stopped working hard all night which was just as good to see. We’ve needed this badly and he showed up when we needed him most.

Let us know what you thought of the game, just how good was that performance?
