What a massive performance from Leeds that was. All the media and Sky can talk about “cheating” all they want but at the end of the day, Leeds United are bigger and better than all of you. Into the ratings…

Bailey Peacock-Farrell – 7 – Didn’t really have much to do as Derby were completely dominated, he did randomly appear near the halfway line to tackle Nugent which was… a bit odd.

Luke Ayling – 7 – Much better defensively than he has been of late but his passing still needs improvement.

Pontus Jansson – 9 – Keith Andrews said pre-match that he thought Leeds were better without Jansson. How wrong can a man be? Pontus was as dominating as ever tonight, a joy to watch his runs forward too.

Liam Cooper – 9 – You wouldn’t have known he was out injured at all, he slotted right back into the side and was a big part of our clean sheet.

Gjanni Alioski – 9 – Would you believe it, Alioski put in the best performance we’ve seen from a left-back in a Leeds shirt this season. He was excellent in all areas.

Adam Forshaw – 9 – Are we sure this wasn’t Xavi wearing a mask? Forshaw was like a man possessed tonight, by far his best performance in a Leeds shirt.

Mateusz Klich – 6 – Klich always puts in a shift but his place in the team may be slightly under threat when Kalvin returns, his passing and decision-making haven’t been too sharp recently.

Pablo Hernandez – 7 – By Pablo’s standards he wasn’t anything special tonight but he was still head and shoulders above anyone in a Derby shirt.

Jack Harrison – 6 – Worked hard and scored an important goal but other than that, not too much to shout about.

Jack Clarke – 9 – We’ve been asking for him to start for what feels like years and his first start did not disappoint. He had all Derby’s fullbacks on skates, setting up both the goals. The cross for Roofe’s goal was a beauty.

Kemar Roofe – 8 –
The Roofe we all know and love, coming deep to get the ball and starting attacks, finishing them exactly when we need him most.

I’ll leave you with this…
