Leeds United player ratings v Bristol City – Kalvin Phillips or Xavi?

|

Stuart Dallas – 6 – Despite falling over the ball and having some extremely dodgy passing at times, the lack of a threat from Bristol meant he had a relatively easy day.

Aapo Halme – 6 – He looked suitably nervous at times with some clumsy decision-making. However he got through the game relatively well all things considered. I don’t think he should really be starting at this stage, though.

Liam Cooper – 7 – Cooper had the job of guiding Halme through his debut and managed the game well, although again with Bristol City’s lack of threat there really wasn’t much to concern him other than a few corners.

Barry Douglas – 8 – One of our better players, always trying to make something happen and had a great shot well saved, a goal is definitely coming soon.

Into the midfield…

Phillips was unchallenged for most of the game so he had an easy game aleoske should be bropped and Clarke should be given a start
