Well, that was just like going back in time to the start of last season. Completely in control, lovely football and some cracking goals. Then we conceded and lost our heads quicker than Kiko comes off his line. Either way, it was a brilliant start to the season.

Kiko Casilla – 7 – Made one or two really good saves but the way he comes off his line whenever a ball is in his vicinity is both terrifying and hilarious.

Stuart Dallas – 7 – Dallas slotted in nicely at right back, some lovely attacking play with Pablo on that side of the pitch.

Ben White – 9 – A simply wonderful debut from Ben White. You can see why Bielsa rates him so highly, he’s brilliant on the ball and probably the calmest of anyone under pressure.

Liam Cooper – 8 – Much like the Cooper we saw last season, winning headers, launching cross-field balls and being clattered by Kiko.

Barry Douglas – 6 – Good going forward but simply terrible defensively at times. Alioski and Davis both came on in the second half so it’ll be interesting to see if Douglas keeps his place.

Kalvin Phillips – 8 – Simply delicious passing from Kalvin throughout the game, broke up Bristol City attacks nicely and showed exactly why Premier League clubs want him. We can’t let him leave.

Adam Forshaw – 7 – Solid performance from Forshaw, some nice passing, his decision-making and shooting stops him getting a higher rating. Hit the target, man!

Matuesz Klich – 5 – Leeds’ weak link today, his passing was sloppy and he never really got into the game. Wasted some great chances too.

Pablo Hernandez – 9 – The man, Pablo was unplayable at times today, his goal was an unbelievable finish and his assist just as good to watch. If he hadn’t given the ball away for their goal he’d probably have earned a 10.

Jack Harrison – 7 – Poor decision-making in the first half in some good areas but grew into the game and got his deserved goal.

Patrick Bamford – 8 – One of his best games in a Leeds shirt, he lead the line well and never stopped running and battling for every ball. Clinical finish for the goal, too.

Let us know what you thought of the game!

Kiko is gunna be the weak link this season, bit of a liability, other than that looking good, is this our season?
