Boro are the most anti-football side I’ve ever watched, that was genuinely painful tonight. It’s probably a solid point all things considered…

Bailey Peacock-Farrell – 8 – BPF had a really strong game, came for every cross, of which there were plenty.

Into the defence…

Luke Ayling – 6 – Sloppy performance at times from Ayling, got into loads of good positions but his passing was off.

Gaetano Berardi – 7 – Did well to deal with Boro’s 8 foot tall team but his passing was well below-par too.

Liam Cooper – 5 – The Cooper of old returned at times tonight, he makes some extremely questionable decisions which were lucky not to cost us.

Barry Douglas – 7 – We didn’t have many chances but Douglas was at the heart of most of them.

Into the midfield…

Kalvin Phillips – 7 – Phillips did his job well enough, kept things ticking and slowed down Boro’s attacks, it was the guys in front of him who were lacking.

Mateusz Klich – 5 – Nowhere near the standard he’s set himself this season as Clayton dominated him throughout.

Samu Saiz – 3 –Saiz was painful to watch tonight, his decision-making was terrible and nothing seemed to go right.

Into the attack…

Jack Harrison – 6 –Grew into the game I thought but he still needs to be a bit more effective, he was invisible at times.

Gjanni Alioski – 3 –Rumour has it that Alioski was born offside.

Kemar Roofe – 5 – Not his fault tonight but he hardly got a touch due to strong Boro defending and poor creative play around him.

Let us know what you thought of the game tonight!
