Everything looked so rosy after the comeback win against Millwall. Fast forward a week and they couldn’t look any more grim. A terrible performance all round, where very few players turned up.

Kiko Casilla – 9 – One of the few who did actually turn up, some great saves to keep us in it second half.

Into the defence…

Luke Ayling – 5 – Got himself into numerous good positions and almost always wasted them, not one of his best games.

Pontus Jansson – 6 – Not quite the unmovable force we’ve come to know, Birmingham got in behind easily at times.

Kalvin Phillips – 8 – He and Kiko did as much as they could but they were surrounded by embarrassing performances today, KP had a brilliant game as the third centre-back.

Liam Cooper – 6 – Resorted to hoofing the ball forward on numerous occasions as Leeds ran out of ideas.

Gjanni Alioski – 4 – Some absolutely shocking decision-making, didn’t really contribute to the game at all.

Into the midfield…

Matuesz Klich – 6 – Some nice passing but it was a difficult day for him alone in the midfield.

Pablo Hernandez – 4 – One of the worst performances I’ve ever seen from Hernandez, his passing was off it all game long.

Stuart Dallas – 6 – A great ball to Bamford who should have finished it with ease, but other than that Dallas failed to make any impact whatsoever.

Into the attack…

Jack Harrison – 3 – Don’t remember him doing one thing right on the ball, seemed to fall over a lot. Not a good day for him.

Tyler Roberts – 4 – Roberts has shown so much promise recently but today he was just sloppy, poor passing and less incisive runs in behind than we’re used to seeing.

Patrick Bamford – 0 – An embarrassment, his hold-up play was diabolical and his finishing was even worse. He is costing us at the moment, big time.

A completely bottle-less performance when we needed them to show up the most. Now it’s back out of our hands and if we play like that against Preston, we’ll likely lose again.

Why is being a Leeds’ supporter so hard? They never make anything easy! Are the team feeling the pressure now? I really hope they don’t blow this chance of promotion. The players should all do several hours of goal shooting practice. You can’t win games if you can’t score goals!!!
