That time of the year again. After coming through the first month of the season relatively unscathed the injuries have started to come back thick and fast. Here’s an update on the physio room at Thorp Arch at the moment (as far as we know):

Liam Cooper: Out for up to 6 weeks after picking up an injury in the West Brom game that forced him to come off in the first half.

Jamie Shackleton: Suffered a hamstring injury against West Brom too, had to come off at half time. Out for 6 weeks.

Adam Forshaw: Had a possibility of playing last night but in the end, did not. Potentially close to returning on Saturday therefore, especially with Shackleton now out.

Pablo Hernandez: In his last press conference, Bielsa could not confirm that Pablo would be involved in Saturday’s fixture against Milwall. This suggests that the injury is a light one, if he misses out at Milwall he will definitely be back after the international break/

Luke Ayling: Close to a full recovery now, got minutes under his best for the U23s and in the closing stages last night.
