The breaking news coming out of Elland Road today is that Leeds United and Uwe Rösler have parted company.

Rösler took charge at Elland Road in the Summer but he didn’t get the results needed, managing just two wins in twelve competitive games, and has now faced the biggest consequence – being sacked. Leeds have lost their last three games, two of them at Elland Road – a place Leeds haven’t won at in almost 8 months.

The YEP are reporting that Steve Evans will take the clubs training today, how wonderful. When will Cellino stop with this, we need to give someone time. Rome wasn’t built in a day and the rebuilding to take this club back to the Premier League won’t happen unless there is stability.

Send your comments over, should Rösler have been given more time at Elland Road?

  1. I really hope no one takes this job, it’s a poisoned chalice, it’s a shocking disgrace how Cellino is behaving. i wish it was possible to sack Cellino, but unfortunately not.
