According to Phil Hay of the Yorkshire Evening Post, Leeds midfielder Eunan O’Kane is in talks to sign a contract extension with the club.

Yes, this is indeed what it feels like for your football club to be run correctly. Leeds have recently given Kalvin Phillips a new four-year deal along with Tyler Denton three-years. As Phil mentioned, there are other contract talks ongoing too. An educated guess would be Chris Wood, after his performance last year and the way he’s started this season, giving him a new contract would be a good way of warding off interest from other clubs.
O’Kane’s contract runs out at the end of the season and with the Ireland international looking like playing a major role in Leeds’ season, this makes sense for both parties. There were rumours of Wolves being interested this summer but hopefully that will be put to bed now.
