Leeds to make 10 changes for game against Burnley?

|

CDM – Ronaldo Vieira –
After last season, Vieira has been very unlucky to get so few minutes so far this season. Until the Millwall game, Leeds’ midfield pair had been quality, we’ll see if Vieira can give Christiansen a selection headache for the Ipswich game.

CM – Mateusz Klich – He’s had an unfortunately slow start to his Leeds career due to the form of Kalvin Phillips and Eunan O’Kane, but it shows what a deep squad we have for the first time in recent memory. From the limited amount I’ve seen of him, I can’t really tell what his strengths are yet so I hope he does start tomorrow.

CAM – Kemar Roofe – There’s no point using Samu or Pablo in this game so Roofe can have the role he’s more suited to, number 10. He hasn’t played there yet this season so it’ll be an interesting watch.

Into the attack…

No point in playing strongest side although would be nice to upset the apple cart at Burnley ie Wood and Taylor. Next Championship match against Ipswich more important. Even with the fringe players we can field a strong eleven

yep i would go with that definitely.

It is a sad fact of life that ANY team can lose ANY game during the course of a season. What upsets fans is WHO we lose against and the manner of the defeat.
It is the job of the Manager to sort out how or why we lost and to re-motivate the players for the next foray into the arena.
As it happens , Burnley are our next opposition in the Carabao Cup and we have the extra motivation of renewing our relationship with Messrs Taylor and Wood . Sadly it looks as though our Pontus won’t be able to “play” with his old team mates but that’s futtie for you. Let us hope we draw either Manchester club in the next round.

There should be enough motivation in the team chosen … perhaps a little light on creativity, but, if these guys come away from Turf Moor with a creditable performance, and hopefully, a positive result, they will give TC a selection headache or two for the Ipswich game. Personally, I will be delighted to see Ronaldo Vieira and Stuart Dallas in the starting 11 … they deserve it, and a returning Gaetano Berardi will be a sight for sore eyes.
