Multiple reports over the past few days are suggesting that Leeds are interested in signing Shrewsbury midfielder Jon Nolan. The 25-year-old has scored 9 goals this season and helped Shrewsbury into 3rd place in League One. He was also named in the League One team of the year

Given how this season has gone for Leeds, it would be nice to see a few more homegrown players arrive at Elland Road. You wouldn’t think it’d be hard to make this move happen, although we could see Shrewsbury in the same league as us next season, which is a nice way of reminding us all that we are very far from the Premier League.

Would you be happy with this signing? Let us know!

First of all I would like to comment that Radrizzani got it wronv hiring Orta as head of recruitment and his signings have been poor choice. The chairman Radrizzani is to take some of the blame for his poor choice. He should have never been given the task of overseeing Christiansen’s recruitment. The owner has to be serious about top championship players of high calibre and get either loan top class European players and mix with new players. Furthermore, Orta should leave the club and it’s his decisions that led to our fall from grace and the chairman for not keeping faith in T.C. He has a propensity for sacking managers, the Italian owner or is he going to be another Cellini. He did a great job buying the club, but, he has to terminate Orta’s employment forthwith and invest top notch players that get you promoted and cease sacking managers, Radrizzani.
