According to Newcastle paper Chronicle Live Leeds are interested in signing 27-year-old Karl Darlow. Newcastle are close to completing the signing of keeper Martin Dubravka from Sparta Prague, who was on loan at Newcastle last season. This would free up Darlow for a move, with Benitez willing to let him go.

Darlow made 36 appearances for Newcastle in their promotion campaign, with a further 12 in the Premier League and cup competitions this past season. Swansea are also said to be interested in Darlow following their relegation, although they would most likely have to move on Łukasz Fabiański for that to happen.

It seems very likely that Leeds will sign a keeper one way or another this summer after being linked with a host of names, it will be interesting to see whether BPF goes into preseason as the number one keeper.
