Leeds United took on Nottingham Forest this Tuesday and came away from the match with a massive 2-1 win to lift them to 13th in the table.

Leeds are out of the relegation zone once again after picking up Javi Gracia’s third win in his six Premier League games in charge so far.

This one came again from a side occupying one of the nine positions alongside Leeds in the battle to stay in the top flight, with Nottingham Forest travelling to Elland Road.

The Reds took the lead in the 12th minute through Orel Mangala before Leeds fought back with a swift reply from Jack Harrison just eight minutes later, before their constant pressure told as Luis Sinisterra found a second, eventually proving to be the winner.

Here, we look at how the players have reacted to the triumph on social media…

Junior Firpo

Another commanding display from Firpo saw him keep Brennan Johnson completely silent throughout the game, unable to muster anything of a threat.

It leaves Leeds with another key game to carry on their fine form under Gracia as Crystal Palace travel to Elland Road next.

Firpo had this message on Instagram:

Luis Sinisterra

Sinisterra marked his first league start at Elland Road since October with a fine performance, capped off with a trademark stunner.

He celebrated in typically stylish fashion with a dance in front of the South Stand as Leeds came into the half-time break with a deserved lead.

He posted this on Instagram:

Pascal Struijk

A win at home didn’t yield a clean sheet as Forest scored only their fifth away goal in the league this season, but Pascal Struijk’s defensive display was remarkable.

Slotting into the left-centre-back role has been a rare feat for the Dutchman this season, but he comprehensively showed his quality in doing so last night.

Struijk posted this message on Instagram:
