It’s that time of year again, the fixtures have been released and we’re just waiting now for Sky to change at least 40 of them. Here are the dates you’ll want to be aware of:

Sunday 5th August
Stoke (H)

Leeds open the Championship season up against arguably the favourites for promotion, recently relegated side Stoke City. Personally I’m just glad it’s a home game and it’ll be a great test to start the season for Bielsa.

The rest of the opening month of August includes:

Saturday 11th August
Derby (A)

Saturday 18th August
Rotherham (H)

Wednesday 22nd August
Swansea (A)

Saturday 25th August
Norwich (A)

Not the easiest opening month in the world, but if Leeds come through it well we’ll be in good shape.

Saturday 15th December
Bolton (A)

Saturday 22nd December
Villa (A)

Blackburn (H)

Saturday 29th December
Hull (H)

Forest (A)

A boxing day game at Elland Road is excellent news, it sure feels like it’s been a while.

Saturday 29th September
Sheffield Wednesday (A)

Saturday 10th November
West Brom (A)

Saturday 1st December
Sheffield United (A)

Saturday 19th January
Stoke (A)

Wednesday 13th February
Swansea (H)

Saturday 2nd March
West Brom (H)

Saturday 16th March
Sheffield United (H)

Saturday 13th April
Sheffield Wednesday (H)

Leeds end the season with two tricky fixtures

Saturday 27th April

Aston Villa (H)

Sunday 5th May

Ipswich Town (A)

Let us know which fixtures you are most looking forward to along with how you think the first month will go for Leeds?
