Leeds United face Brentford at home this weekend looking to get back to winning ways in the Premier League, as they sit just outside the bottom three.
Thomas Frank’s side are the latest to travel to LS11, with Brentford hoping to do the double over Leeds after their 5-2 win back in September.
Leeds received a much-needed confidence boost through the week as they breezed past Cardiff City in their FA Cup replay with a 5-2 victory.
More pressure comes with this league fixture, though, as Marsch knows results need to start coming in before Leeds slip into the bottom three.
As we look ahead of the game, we look at how we think Marsch could line up tomorrow afternoon…

A change in formation could be the best way for Leeds to change what’s been going wrong recently, with the defence struggling to retain shape in transition.
A back five might be the most viable solution and the centre-backs Leeds have are better suited to that formation, as are the full-backs.
Illan Meslier will start in goal, while the centre-back trio we expect to be Robin Koch, Liam Cooper, and Pascal Struijk. Max Wöber could potentially start, but it would be very harsh on Cooper or Struijk to be replaced by the new signing.

In either wing-back position, we expect Rasmus Kristensen to start on the right, while Junior Firpo could earn his first Premier League start of the season after putting in a solid shift against Cardiff City.
In midfield, Tyler Adams and Marc Roca have to start, given how they’ve performed over the season, and what they both offer, while they could be joined by Jack Harrison, who looks far more influential in a deeper number eight role, registering two assists in 2023 playing in those areas.
Up front, it’s fairly obvious that Rodrigo and Willy Gnonto will start in attack after their goalscoring exploits recently, but Marsch has a selection headache looming thanks to Patrick Bamford’s return to goalscoring form while Georginio Rutter is likely to be in the squad.
