Leeds United are looking increasingly interested in signing Dutch winger Noa Lang, according to Fabrizio Romano.

As the Whites build for another Premier League campaign, Marcelo Bielsa will be aiming to build his squad to ensure more consistency.

What that means is perhaps adding another option in key positions where Leeds lack depth, including out wide.

The Telegraph reported that Leeds are keeping tabs on exciting Club Brugge winger Noa Lang.

The 21-year-old netted 17 goals this season whilst on-loan from Ajax, and is set to make his move to the Belgian champions a permanent one.

Coming mostly from the left, Lang has proven himself to have a great eye for goal and could be a different prospect for Bielsa to get to work with alongside his two current starting wingers.

Journalist Fabrizio Romano has now offered more details regarding the Whites’ interest in the winger.

Speaking on the Here We Go podcast, he stated:

Leeds are working for Noa Lang.

A winger from Brugges, interesting player, talks ongoing, they are really, really interested in him.

This deal could well be speeding up.

Lang is clearly a player who fits the profile of what we need in a winger this summer, given his record and how his goals come about.

We haven’t really got a player that can cut inside and drift into spaces between centre-backs like Lang does, and that would make him a huge asset.

I’m sure we’d have to stump up serious money to sign him, but if this update is anything to go by, we’re probably willing to pay the price.
