Elland Road showing signs of improvement already

Leeds announced plans a few weeks back about improvements being made to Elland Road. This included new changing rooms, upgrades to executive boxes and a complete overhaul to the way the stands look on the outside. The South stand improvements can be seen here

The main update is the timeline, showcasing some of Leeds’ greatest achievements.

The rejuvenation project is supposed to be finished in time for this Saturday’s game against Preston, including banners on the East and North East stands, showcasing former stars and current players with the same numbers.

It’s safe to say Radrizzani has done an excellent job on and off the field so far, although another centre-back wouldn’t go amiss.

  1. So much to do after years of neglect apart from Bates pet East Stand project which nearly bankrupted the club yet again!
However, a fantastic effort so far by Radrizzani and his team, and LED state of the art advertising to follow!
I am sure everyone involved is working hard on a CB but we are all a bit nervous waiting for news.

  3. Centre back has to be a priority. Doesn’t matter if it’s an old-fashioned stopper in the mould of Matt Elliott/ Chris Nichols, or more of a footballing CB like we used to have with Rio Ferdinand and Jonathan Woodgate. Just bl***y get one!!!!
