Remember Alf-Inge Håland, the much-loved Leeds player? He has a son, Erling, who plays for Molde in the Norwegian Eliteserien. The Guardian did an article on players to watch for the future and his name was featured. The Striker was actually born in Leeds before his dad moved to Man City, he started four games for Ole Molde at only 15 years old before moving to Ole Gunnar Solskjaer’s team, Molde. Since arriving there, he’s scored three goals.
The best part of the piece was without doubt Erling’s quote about Leeds, saying he wants to win the Premier League with us. He’s still only 17 and with Leeds’ current scouting setup, don’t be too surprised if you hear his name linked in the future. It’s an interesting one to keep track of for sure.
