Leeds United starlet Willy Gnonto is attracting top-end Premier League interest ahead of the summer window, with Chelsea, Arsenal, and Manchester City all named.
Leeds’ push to bring in talented young players ahead of their real breakthrough has been a massive positive of the recruitment system in the past few seasons, and it is paying huge dividends.
Willy Gnonto presents some of the best business the club has done this season, joining the club for £3.8million on the summer deadline day.
Who are interested in Gnonto?
After reports from CalcioMercatoWeb that Juventus have registered their interest in signing the teenager this summer, but they are seemingly not alone.
Gazzetta dello Sport are now claiming that Premier League trio Chelsea, Arsenal and Manchester City are all “lining up” on Gnonto.
Other unnamed sides are also said to be in the hunt to sign Gnonto in the summer window, while his former club Inter Milan are not in the running.

Would Gnonto leave?
The report also outlines the fact that Gnonto would be keen to leave if Leeds are relegated from the Premier League this season.
Javi Gracia’s side currently sit 14th in the table after the win against Wolves, two points clear of the bottom three with 11 games left.
Will Leeds keep Gnonto this summer?
Yes

No

It wouldn’t be at all shocking to see Gnonto push to leave if we are relegated, because he is destined for huge things in the game.
However, if we do stay up, as we should be confident of doing now, then I don’t see why we would even think of selling him.
With these three clubs interested, though, you know that there is going to be a huge bid needed for him to leave.
Chelsea being interested just raises to price significantly already.
