After last weekends tragic performance against Norwich, it seemed inevitable that changes were on the way for the trip to Boro. However after a confusing Marcelo Bielsa press conference, nobody is too sure who exactly is going to play, with apparent injuries to Mateusz Klich and Adam Forshaw.

GK – Kiko Casilla – Despite the odd very strange humans trying to blame Kiko for our goals conceded against Norwich, he will continue in goal against Boro.

RB – Luke Ayling – If not for injuries in midfield, Ayling would have been a candidate for dropping out of the team after some really poor performances lately.

CB – Pontus Jansson – Jansson will want to bounce-back after his mistake started the collapse against Norwich, less dribbling out of defence like you’re Messi please Pontus.

CB – Liam Cooper – This sort of game was made for Cooper, we know Boro will be direct and there isn’t many better defenders in the air than Cooper at this level.

LB – Gjanni Alioski – If Douglas wasn’t so horrifically bad against Norwich then he may be back in the team but it’s hard to put him in with any confidence after that.

CDM – Kalvin Phillips – If today’s press conference is anything to go by, Bielsa is actually considering leaving out Kalvin Phillips again, which is mind-boggling. I think he’ll come to his senses in time for Saturday though.

CM – Jamie Shackleton – This all depends on whether Forshaw or Klich are fit enough to play on Saturday but it wouldn’t be a bad thing for Shackleton to play, his fresh legs could really make a difference.

CAM – Kemar Roofe – Bielsa seemed to suggest both Roofe and Bamford will play on Saturday. The system is unlikely to change so it makes the most sense for Roofe to play as a number 10.

LW – Jack Harrison – Jack Clarke is clearly the better player but at this stage seems to be more of an option from the bench, Harrison has been inconsistent but maybe he’ll turn it on against his former club.

RW – Pablo Hernandez – Pablo isn’t a certainty to be fit to start, but if he is then he must play. Leeds aren’t the same team without either Saiz or Pablo in it and we all know where Saiz is.

ST – Patrick Bamford – – It’ll be brilliant to see Bamford starting again for Leeds, especially against his old side, expect goals from him.

Let us know what team you would go with for Saturday’s massive game!
