Instead of playing Tottenham at home on Saturday, Leeds were spending time training in Spain. I hope it’s made a difference because if you take a look at the upcoming fixtures it doesn’t fill me with much confidence. In theory, Hull is the easiest game of the lot, so it’s important that we come away with a result tomorrow.

Anyway, this is the team I’d go with tomorrow…

GK – Felix Wiedwald – Despite conceding four against Millwall last time out, Felix actually had a pretty good game and kept the score from getting away from Leeds in the first half.

Into the defence…

  1. Personally I think the whole situation regarding leeds transfers is absolutely P### poor.
Considering the chances of promotion this season we had, yet the backing isn’t there, it’s not good enough. We have suffered too long now.
Having said that maybe Radrizzani is keeping hold of his money simply because all the previous buys have been totally rubbish. Simple as.

  2. I might sound pessimistic but I really can’t see a win in the next three or four games at least. I hope I am absolutely wrong. However, unless something dramatic happens by Wednesday night regarding an attacker then it tells me the owner and his staff have given up on this season and are planning for the season after next with all these Under 23 signings and this ridiculous Leonesa loan stuff.
If so then they have badly misjudged the disappointment that will come from supporters who have come back big time this season having waited for so long for success. The players will feed off any adverse reaction from the crowd and we will have yet another false dawn.
Christiansen looks shell shocked to me and offers no positivity when interviewed. Frankly I think the task is well beyond him and he has dropped some real clangers with selection, substitutions and tactics recently.
I live in hope for the best but………………
