Leeds United owner Andrea Radrizzani has been in American to watch the San Francisco 49ers alongside Paraag Marathe.

The Whites’ winless run in the Premier League continued at the weekend with a stalemate played out against Brentford at Elland Road.

Leeds were the better side on the day, nullifying Thomas Frank’s side and having the lion’s share of the chances, albeit a limited number.

Meanwhile, Radrizzani was not in attendance, as he was across the pond in America, watching some NFL action as the 49ers took on the Dallas Cowboys, winning 19-12.

He posted this message on Twitter as he watched the game with Leeds’ Vice Chairman Paraage Marathe, the spearhead of the 49ers Enterprises’ push to take over the club soon:

Would you be happy for Radrizzani to sell?

Yes

Yes

No

No

Good to see that the relationship between the two parties is as strong as ever, knowing the takeover isn’t tanking any time soon.

The timing of this sort of post is intriguing, given that we are expecting this to be sealed at literally any moment.

You would hope that the bond Radrizzani and Marathe clearly have here should move the process along swimmingly in the coming weeks or months.
