3 Standout performers for Leeds v QPR

Leeds’ horrific run of form looks to be firmly in the rear-view mirror, with a few good performances on the bounce. The boys played well as a team, but there were some standouts, let’s get into it.

Kemar Roofe

Obvious one really, but he was unreal for us against QPR. Every time he plays centrally, good things happen for Leeds. I think it’d be an extremely dangerous decision to drop him for that role against Norwich. He had an excellent all round game, clinical finishing, nice link-up play and good passing. The header for his first goal was sublime, you wouldn’t expect that of him but it was a joy to watch, like Becchio in his prime. Ian Holloway may not have seen him, but the Leeds fans behind the goal sure did. Enjoy your job Ian, it might not be yours much longer.
